Millesimato Brut 2011


This elegant wine is made of 100% Chardonnay.
The grapes are manually picked in 20 kg crates and immediately soft pressed. The must is chilled for one night. The first fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tank, after that the tirage is performed and the period of ageing sur lattes lasts 120 months.
